These terms apply to purchases from this online store. Customer support is available at emilyparker2906@hotmail.com. Read the product description, selected options and checkout total before placing an order.

Products, prices and payment

Materials, measurements, options, prices and availability are shown on product pages. The store displays the currency used for your purchase. Any taxes and delivery charges collected by the store are presented at checkout before payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Any separate import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Order confirmation

After checkout, retain the order confirmation and your order number. Contact us promptly if your confirmation contains an error. We will contact you if a product becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, and refund payments for anything we cannot supply. No substitution or extra charge will be made without your agreement.

Delivery

Standard preparation takes 2–4 business days and estimated transit after dispatch is 5–12 business days, unless a product page states a different item-specific time. The available destinations, delivery methods and shipping charges appear at checkout. Read our Shipping Policy for full information.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-calendar-day return request period after delivery. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind; MossMineral pays necessary return shipping for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrectly supplied goods. No restocking fee applies. Conditions, instructions and refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us first to obtain the correct return address.

Legal guarantees and withdrawal

Our voluntary return policy is additional to mandatory withdrawal rights and legal guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods or any other rights that cannot be excluded by law. Any mandatory refund deadlines and delivery protections take priority.

Support and complaints

Email your order number and a description of your concern to our customer service address. Please do not include card details. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it. You retain the right to seek any consumer advice, dispute resolution or court remedy available under applicable law.

Applicable version
